For Non-Emergency Transportation:

• Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will incur no charges.
• Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time may incur the full transportation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframes will be processed within 5-7 business days.
